Online Orders
At the moment we do not have an online ordering system in place. Please
feel free to give us a call and we can help you with your order. You are
also welcome to mail or fax the order to us.
Payment Methods
·Credit Cards
There is a $20 minimum on credit card orders.
We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
·Check/Money Order
There is no minimum order amount when orders are paid for with a check
or money order. For our international customers we do checks or money
orders to be drawn in US dollars.
How to Order
By Phone
- Please have a list of items including the Catalog Number.

By Fax
- You can download an order form by

- Fill out the order form and fax it to us at 918-835-2106
- Make sure to include your name, shipping address, telephone number,
and credit card number with the expiration date.
- If you can't print off the order form just write out your order on a
piece of paper.
By Mail

- Make sure to include you name, shipping address, telephone number,
and payment. Payment can be by credit card (the $20.00 minimum still
applies to mail orders using a credit card), check, or money order.
Make checks and money orders payable to International Luthiers Supply.
We reserve the right to allow time for personal checks to clear
before shipping the order.

Shipping Charges
Orders are shipped via Priority Mail when possible; all other orders will ship the best
possible way (First Class, Parcel Post, or FedEx Ground). Heavier shipments will most likely
travel via FedEx Ground. If you have a shipping preference let us know when you order.
Canadian and other international shipments are sent via Global Priority Mail or Global
Airmail Parcel Post depending on the size and weight of the package.

Packages that are over-sized or heavy may be charged additional shipping.

We ship internationally via regular post through the USPS.
We can ship using Economy (Surface) Parcel Post or Airmail Parcel Post. You can go to the
USPS International Rate Calculator
to see what shipping charges would be by weight. Also, regardless of the availability of shipping
charges and information on the USPS site we may reserve the right not to ship to some countries.
Backorders
When Paying by Credit Card
- When paying by credit card you are only charged for the items that ship. The items
on backorder will not be billed until they are shipped.
- Any items not available after 30 days will be cancelled and must be
reordered at a later date when they are in stock.
When Paying by Check/Money Order
- If an order was prepaid with a check or money order backordered
items will remain active until shipped, a refund has been issued,
or a credit for other merchandise has been issued.
